At Sauda Traders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as hair trimmers, shavers, or styling tools) cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product has been used, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

2. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on clearance or "Final Sale."

  • Products damaged due to misuse, electrical surges, or improper handling by the customer.

  • Items missing original accessories or packaging.

4. The Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 5–10 business days.

  3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with missing parts not due to our error).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at +8801758224499.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, Sauda Traders will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
